Public Notice
Effective May 13th, 2012, no part of the clam flat known as “The Spit” will bear the designation of “winter flat”. The entire flat will be open year-round for shellfish harvesting per unanimous vote of the Selectmen on May 7th, 2012 at the recommendation of the Shellfish Advisory Commission.
